This blog comes direct from the dinning room of Chalet Eva in Reberty Village (the picture was taken this morning at breakfast as the sun started to hit the slopes of La Masse).Our first families arrive in around an hour and the chalet hosts are all ready and waiting. Our first two guests actually arrived last night as we have been joined by some of the Ski Concierge team who are doing a Twitter fueled trip around the 3 Valleys.
Our biggest revalation today has been just how stress free a change over day can be in a resort where you have three chalets within ten meteres of each other around twenty metres from the piste. None of the usual charging around we are used to when trying to get our eight Les Gets chalets set up - Resort Manager Kirsty and I even had time for a coffee in the sun; unheard of!
I'm looking forward to having a glass of bubbly a little later to mark the official opening of our 3 Valleys programme. It took us 18 years to break out of Les Gets but we've done it in the right place at the right time with a fantastic group of people.
